We are pleased to announce that we have begun inviting nonprofit leaders in the greater Boston area to attend an executive breakfast on managing performance with the Balanced Scorecard. Our keynote speaker is the Balanced Scorecard co-creator, David Norton. The breakfast will be on July 16, 2008.

We are excited to have this 90 minute breakfast in mid-July, and we hope that it is the beginning of a community of interest in the Boston area to promote strategy management among nonprofits. David Norton will give an overview of the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy-Focused Organization topic and specifically talk about how nonprofit organizations are leveraging this framework to drive results.
