Ascendant Strategy Management Group is looking for a associate consultant in the Washington, DC area to support our rapidly growing public sector practice. As an associate consultant (entry-level) with Ascendant, you'll get a chance to participate actively on client engagements, help out with creating new products and services, and help us define and grow the company.

We work with leading nonprofits, government agencies, and associations to develop strategy management systems that enable organizations to better achieve their missions. Our consulting, training, and facilitation services are designed to transfer knowledge and grow management capacity.

To qualify for this position, you'll need to have a BA or BS from a leading undergraduate institution, live in Washington, DC (or be ready to move there on your own dime, no relocation), be able to go through a extensive interview process where we'll ask hard questions about the Balanced Scorecard, and be ready to be challenged.
