Based on our successful breakfast in Boston, we are pleased to announce that we have begun inviting nonprofit and government leaders in the greater Washington area to attend an executive breakfast on managing performance with the Balanced Scorecard. Our keynote speaker is the Balanced Scorecard co-creator, David Norton. The breakfast will be on September 24, 2008.

We hope that this breakfast will form the basis for the beginning of a community of interest in the Washington area to promote strategy management among nonprofits and government agencies. David Norton will give an overview of the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy-Focused Organization topic and specifically talk about how nonprofit and government organizations are leveraging this framework to drive results.
